Tender procedure is launched in October 2011. The project is funded by the Ministry of Local-Self Government, Regional Development Bureau. The project is implementing at the Skopje region and project partners are the City of Skopje and municipalities of Ilinden, Aracinovo and Cucer Sandevo.
