Meeting for introduction into work for the project “Reconstruction of a regional road from the village of Orman (municipality of G. Petrov) to the municipality of Cucer Sandevo” was held. The project is funded by the Ministry of Local Self-Government / Bureau for Regional Development of the Program for Development of Planning Regions for 2020, and co-financed by the municipality of Gjorce Petrov.

The aim of the project is to improve the conditions for socio-economic development and quality of life of the residents of the villages Orman, Cucer Sandevo and Suto Orizari, which will enable the smooth functioning of the municipalities with the City of Skopje and the Skopje region. Creating conditions for balanced development and reducing the disparities between urban and rural areas in the municipalities based in the city, as well as prevention of further migration of the local population on the village – town route. The road that will be reconstructed is in the length of L = 480m.

The implementer of the project is the Center for Development of the Skopje Planning Region with a total budget of 3,521,013.00 MKD.
